Application Scope

Fine bubble aerator system is designed exclusively for oxygen supply in sewage bio-treatment process. As its aerator membrane adopts EPDM rubber, which has corrosion resistance, aging resistance and service life unparallel by other engineering composite rubbers, thus it is widely applied in urban domestic sewage treatment system and industrial sewage treatment plants. This system can be used both for continuous running system and for batch running system.

Material Properties
Silicone rubber(Q) is a special rubber with silicon atom and oxygen atom in the backbone structure, in which the silicon atom perform as the main role. Silicone rubber has excellent temperature resistance up to +300ºC and minimum to -100ºC. It has good performance on electric insulation. It is quite stable to heat oxidation and  ozone. The elasticity is better than EPDM's. It is inert chemical. 
Shortcomings: low mechanical strength, bad performance on anti-oil, anti-solvent and anti-acid and anti-alkali. Hard to be vulcanized. 
The price is a little expensive  than EPDM. 
Continuous service temperature: -60ºC~+200ºC.
